Watercolor painting is a hobby that I started in the fall of 2006.
I kept hinting to my family that I wanted a portrait done of my dog, Derby.....and after several years went by.....I realized
that the only way that I was likely to get that portrait was to do it myself! I took a few classes and was quickly
bored with landscapes and still life, so I ventured out on my own with books and an instructional DVD. I have come to
love the medium, and the challenge of capturing the personalities of pets and animals. In this album, I've assembled
some of my favorite works.
